Users can quickly and easily check and pay an online invoice for natural gas, get information about the products and services of Overgas, as well as learn about the company’s promotions and campaigns. The chatbot is for current and potential customers (it is possible to submit a request for gasification or request a mobile consultant).
There is a special section in the chatbot from which you can report an gas accident to the company. An administrative panel in gas.overgas.bg for the company’s employees has also been developed. They can see the alerts, manage them, and send a message to the customer who submitted the alert. It is possible to generate statistical data as well.
