Together with New Moment, we designed and created an online game for the State Insurance Institute (DZI) to serve a series of company events which purpose is to motivate its employees. The design serves the event’s identity – presentation of a 5-year strategy of the company and the ways how it can be improved, so that DZI can always be “up to speed” with the current trends. The game is a speed test composed of 5 stages with 1 question each, available only after registration with pre-generated codes. When an answer is incorrect the user receives a penalty of 5 additional seconds to the overall time. Afterwards the user lands on a rank page with all entry scores based on the game completion speed. The whole concept, mechanism and creative of the game are provided by us.
